Any concerns you have regarding your purchase is a private matter between you and the artist that created the work. therefore please contact your artist directly with any concerns you may have.
Blaire Fine Art gallery does not retain any rights to reproduction or profit on the works presented on this site.
Original Art: All sales are final.
Ornaments, Cards & Journals: All sales are final.
Art Prints/reproductions: We do not offer refunds; however you can exchange your art print within a period of 7 calendar days from the date of the delivery. Please contact artist first for exchange authorization. After 7 calendar days have elapsed since the delivery date, we cannot offer an exchange.
Exchange requirements: The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange: Product must be in original packaging. Product must not be damaged. In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange.
Proof of purchase: To complete your exchange, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not do an exchange.
Contact: In order to return an order, you must contact the artist first.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to exchange. We will not refund the shipping costs. You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to restock it, then we may reject an exchange.
Restocking: All exchanges and approved returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you would like to contact us concerning any matter relating to this Refund Policy, you may do so here.

Ownership of the Artwork: who actually owns the Artwork?
artists retain all rights to all artwork they create. This includes the rights to the image of sold & commissioned original paintings. artists retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork they create unless the collector has also purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork. To discuss purchasing the rights, your artist directly. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. If the artwork ends up being reproduced in a magazine or other media artists only ask for credit. When you purchase an original painting you, the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business but the artwork may not be resold or reproduced without my written permission.
